Workshops

I offer workshops for organizations on a diversity of topics including:

  • Understanding Gender: Beyond Binaries and Biologism

  • Embedding Trauma-Informed Care into Your Health Services

  • Moving beyond Tokenism: Comprehensive and Meaningful Accessibility

  • Supporting Trans and Gender Diverse Clients, Employees and Community

Workshops tend to be between one and three hours long, and can be stand-alone workshop or part of a series of offerings.

Consulting

For organizations wanting to take a more comprehensive approach to diversity, I offer organizational consulting and longer term supports. This may look like ongoing education for staff, evaluation of organizational policies and practices, as well as one-on-one coaching for leadership and/or other employees.
